MY
Story

Meet Matty
I've been passionate about movement for as long as I can remember. After training professionally in ballet and contemporary dance at the Rambert School, I was fortunate to travel the world performing before turning my focus to teaching. I discovered Pilates at 16 and have been teaching movement since I was 18, helping people build strength, confidence and move without pain. Today, I'm continuing my education through the full Comprehensive Pilates qualification with Polestar Pilates, one of the world's leading Pilates education providers. HEATLAB. brings together everything I've learnt throughout my career to create a welcoming space where everyone can move better, feel stronger and enjoy the journey.
